Program Structure

The program spans 40 weeks across 5 phases: Foundations, Shared Core, Specialization Studio, Production Lab, and Placement Sprint.

Five Phases to Job-Ready

Weeks 1–6
Foundations
Build your technical baseline: Linux, Git, Python, SQL, web fundamentals, and deployment basics.
Weeks 7–18
Shared Core
Master all three skill clusters: AI Automation, LLM Applications with RAG, and AI Product Engineering.
Weeks 19–26
Specialization Studio
Choose a major and minor track. Build deeper expertise and a portfolio-worthy specialization project.
Weeks 27–36
Production Lab
Work in delivery pods on real projects with sprints, PR reviews, QA, stakeholder demos, and incident drills.
Weeks 37–40
Placement Sprint
Finalize your portfolio, practice interviews, and connect with employers through our placement system.

AI Automation & Integration

Build workflow automations, connect APIs, design approval flows, and monitor production systems.

LLM Applications with RAG

Build AI-powered tools with prompts, retrieval, citations, evaluations, and safety guardrails.

AI Product Engineering

Design and deploy full-stack AI products with auth, dashboards, monitoring, and support playbooks.

What You Will Learn

  • Build and maintain workflow automations using APIs, webhooks, scripts, and approval steps.
  • Build LLM-powered tools with prompts, retrieval, evaluations, citations, and safety checks.
  • Design internal-facing products with clear UI, access control, and business-friendly flows.
  • Deploy small services with logs, metrics, secrets management, and incident handling.
  • Work inside a delivery team using tickets, pull requests, code review, demos, and written updates.
  • Present employer-ready proof of work through case studies, code, documentation, and deliverables.

Assessment

Rubric-based progression through three levels: Foundation, Practitioner, and Job-Ready. Gates every 4 weeks ensure students are keeping pace. No numeric grades — just clear evidence of capability.
